1 Who we are

This Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how Join4Join collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website, Discord bot, public API and services. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Join4Join is operated by Léo Andert, a sole proprietor (entreprise individuelle) registered in France under SIRET 89488500300018, with a registered address at 9 rue du Clos Poulain, 41350 Huisseau-sur-Cosson, France. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2 Data we collect & why

What we collect

We practice data minimization and only collect what is needed to run the Service:

• your Discord account identifier (Discord ID) and the public profile information Discord shares with us (such as your username, display name, avatar and language);
• the Discord permissions you grant at sign-in: the list of servers you are in (used to verify joins and early leaves) and an access token that lets Join4Join add you to the servers you choose to join, manually or with Auto-Farm;
• basic account signals provided by Discord (such as account age, Nitro status or two-factor authentication) used only to detect alt accounts for the promotion filters;
• your coin balance, transaction history, joins, campaigns and referral relationships on the platform, as well as your API key and community bots if you use the developer features;
• basic technical data (such as anonymized usage statistics, and your IP address for security and anti-fraud checks).

We do not collect or store your card number or banking details.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and fulfilling purchases), to comply with our legal obligations (such as accounting and fraud prevention), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure and improving it. Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, for non-essential analytics cookies).

Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transaction records may be retained longer where required to meet legal, accounting or tax obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

3 Payments & data sharing

Payment processors

When you make a purchase, your payment is handled securely by our payment providers: Sell.app for card payments, with checkout through PayPal, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency. These providers process your payment details directly under their own privacy policies and security standards. Join4Join never receives or stores your full card number, CVC or banking credentials, and only receives a confirmation that the payment succeeded. For card payments, the email address you enter is sent to Sell.app to create your checkout and receipt; we do not keep it in our database.

Other service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service, including Discord (authentication and core functionality), our hosting provider Bot-Hosting (https://bot-hosting.net), Google reCAPTCHA (protection against bots and abuse) and analytics tools. These partners only access the data needed to perform their function and are required to protect it. We never sell your personal data.

How we keep your data secure

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to your information to what is strictly necessary to run the Service.

4 Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from the settings of your dashboard. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

5 Cookies policy

How we use cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make the Service work, and analytics cookies to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; non-essential cookies are only used with your consent.

Our essential cookies are:

• Session cookie: keeps you signed in to your Join4Join account.
• Login security cookies: protect the Discord sign-in against forgery and remember the page to return to (a few minutes).
• Referral cookie: remembers the referral link you arrived with, for up to 30 days, so the right person is rewarded.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect aggregated, statistical information about how visitors use our website. This helps us improve the Service. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings or our cookie controls.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service works for you.

6 Intellectual property

The brands, logos, signs and all the content of the site (texts, images, sound, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law, including copyright.

Any reproduction, publication or copy of this content requires our prior authorization. Users undertake to use the content of the site strictly for personal purposes; any commercial or advertising use is prohibited without our express consent.
