1 The Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Join4Join website, Discord bot, public API and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

What Join4Join does

Join4Join is a platform that helps Discord server owners grow their communities. Users can earn or purchase virtual "coins", a digital item that can be redeemed within the Service to promote a Discord server to other members. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and exist only inside the Service.

Promotion gives your server visibility within the Join4Join network. Members always decide for themselves whether to join a server, so Join4Join does not guarantee any specific number of members, level of activity or result.

Eligibility & Discord rules

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Join4Join. The Service is provided to help legitimate community growth and must not be used to mislead, spam or abuse the Discord platform.

2 Your account

Registration

By creating an account, you certify that you are 13 years of age or older and that the information you provide is accurate. You sign in with your Discord account through Discord's official OAuth2: Join4Join never receives your Discord password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your Discord account and any Join4Join API key. Any unauthorized access to or use of your account must be reported to us immediately at [email protected].

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the settings of your dashboard, or by contacting us. Deleting your account permanently removes your coin balance and stops any running promotion. This cannot be undone.

3 Coins, rewards & promotion

Virtual coins

Coins are a virtual currency that can only be used inside the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money, and can only be transferred between Join4Join accounts where the Service expressly allows it.

Earning coins

You can earn coins by joining servers promoted in the network. Each join must be kept for the minimum period displayed in the Service (currently 4 days). Leaving a server earlier results in a penalty deducted from your balance (currently 2 coins), and part of the corresponding promotion is returned to the server owner.

Promotional rewards

Daily rewards and streak bonuses, referral bonuses (paid once a referred user has completed the required number of joins), referral milestones and weekly leaderboard prizes are promotional rewards. Their amounts and conditions are shown in the Service and may be changed, suspended or ended at any time. Rewards obtained through abuse, such as alt accounts, self-referrals or automated activity, may be withheld or removed.

Promotion campaigns

When you spend coins on a campaign, your server is shown to members of the network, who remain free to join it or not. A campaign may be paused or removed if a server breaks these Terms or Discord's rules.

Public API & community bots

Developers may use the public API and run community bots within the published limits (currently 50 requests per minute per key). You must keep your API key and bot tokens secret. We may revoke access, remove a bot or withhold developer rewards in case of abuse.

4 Purchases, payments & refunds

Products & pricing

Coins are digital products sold through the Service. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) at the current rate of 50 coins for €1.00 and are shown clearly before you confirm any purchase. Card payments through Sell.app are billed in US Dollars (USD) at the same face value (50 coins for $1.00); the final amount and currency are always displayed on the checkout page before you pay. Any applicable taxes are charged in accordance with the law.

Payment methods & security

Card payments are securely processed by Sell.app, with checkout through PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. These providers are responsible for processing your payment under their own terms and security standards. Join4Join never receives or stores your full card number, CVC or banking credentials.

Delivery

Coins are delivered automatically and credited to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Because coins are digital items delivered instantly, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery upon purchase.

Refund policy

Because coins are digital content delivered to your account instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited to your account, in accordance with European consumer law for digital content supplied with your prior express consent. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the coins are credited. If you ever experience a technical issue, for example coins that were paid for but not delivered, please contact us at [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord support server, and our team will resolve it.

Payment disputes

If you notice an unexpected or incorrect charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will review every request in good faith and aim to resolve any legitimate issue quickly and fairly, including issuing a refund where appropriate. Reaching out to us directly is usually the fastest way to fix a problem.

5 Acceptable use & intellectual property

Usage restrictions

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, attempt to manipulate or defraud the Service, or use it in any way that could harm our platform, our payment providers or other users.

In particular, you must not use alt accounts, scripts or any other automated means to earn coins artificially, manipulate referrals or the leaderboard, or abuse the API. Accounts involved in such activity may lose the coins obtained and be suspended.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including but not limited to content, logos and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6 Disclaimers & liability

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep Join4Join reliable, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Third-party services

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (such as Discord, Sell.app, PayPal and NOWPayments). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

7 Termination & governing law

Termination of services

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected, or where required by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and liability clauses) will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and significant changes are announced on the website or on our Discord server. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law & contact
